This villa in Tuscany offers the possibility of relaxing, drinking an excellent wine production of Podere Maffei, and dining at home, enjoying serene walks, cycling (4 included for free) or taking day trips to other historic Tuscan cities like Arezzo, Siena, Firenze, San Gimignano, Cortona.
Large glass doors provide access into a spacious lounge and dining area. The room has partly exposed stone walls providing it with lenty of character. At the far end is an open fireplace for the cooler nights.
Completing the furnishings of the room is a long wooden table with benches and chairs seating a total of 10 people.
Off to one side is a big kitchen with plenty of light. It is furnished in a typical Tuscan villa style with build in units and a wood with marble top table in the centre of the room. It is well equipped and includes gas hobs, oven,dishwasher and a fridge with separate freezer compartment.
Outside the kitchen is a second, smaller terrace which has a table and chairs. It looks out over the garden where there is a stone barbeque.

Villa Accommodation Details:
The pool is located to one side of the villa, on the edge of the property overlooking a vineyard and olive grove. It is surrounded by a lovely lawn and a terracotta deck. To one side is a terracotta paved terrace which is furnished with sunbeds. Next to this is a gazebo providing a shady area to relax near the pool.

There are pretty views to one side, down the valley and onto the forest covered hills beyond. The pool is chlorine cleansed and has roman steps to one side. Up some steps from the pool area is the covered terrace of the villa, here there is a guest toilet.
The pool is 12x6 metres and 1.2-1.5 metres deep. It's open from May to September.
